Claystone Meats

Hand-shaped in the Dickson shop from our own lamb mince, seasoned with a Middle Eastern-style blend of cumin, coriander, garlic, parsley and mint. One kofta per skewer, ready for the grill or the pan, ten minutes and dinner's sorted.
