Our dry aged sirloin has been ageing for a minimum of 45 days ensuring premium tenderness and flavour. The beef sirloin steak comes from the hindquarter of the beef and is extremely tender. It contains deep flavour and large marbling that caramelises and tenderises the meat upon cooking.
